Admission Procedure

Step 1 : Registration Process

1.Enter First Name (As per marksheet), Father’s/ Mother’s/ Guardian’s Name & Last Name.
2.Select Gender (Male/ Female/ Others).
3.Select the Appropriate Student Category (Read the Document).
4.Input Details like – Email id, Password, Contact details & Date of Birth. 5.Agree to Terms & Conditions. 6.Verify Account with OTP (Check Email Inbox/ Spam).

Step 2 : Profile Information.

1. Provide information like Nationality, Address (Outside India) & Passport Details.
2. Input the Guardian Details.
3. Update last 3 years Educational Details (As per India Grade X, XI, XII).
4. Update the Sports Played (At National Level).
5. Upload Transcripts (Download the Affidavit Template & self-attest it & then Upload it).

Step 3 : Add Preferences of Colleges/ Courses.

1. Before Selecting the Course, Kindly Click On the (i) Option to Read the Pre-Requisites of all the Available Courses.
2. Search for your Preferred Course & Tick the Colleges Based on your Preference.
3. To Change the Order of Preference you Can Drag & Drop the Colleges.
4. There is No limit to the Number of Courses Or Colleges you Want to Apply to.
5.You Need to Provide us With Maximum 7 Date Options & the Range of Available time (From & To) Based on your Convenience to Schedule a Video Meeting.

Step 4 : Online Facilitation Centre.

1. Documents are Checked by the Online Facilitation Centre (FC) to check if user is Eligible or Not.
2. Facilitation Centre (FC) can Schedule a Video Meeting to Check Documents Online.
3. Before being Eligible, a user is Given a 12 hrs Window if he/she wants to make any Changes in the Selected Course/ College.
4.When the user is not Eligible, Application is Rejected.
5. When the user is Eligible, he/she cannot make any Changes in the selected course/colleges & they have to Proceed Towards Paying the one time Processing Fees (Application Fees).

Step 5 : College Enrollment.

1. Upload Residence Permit (RP).
2. Upload Medical Certificate.
3. Update local Guardian Details
4. Upload Visa Copy.
